Create a Seat Class

The Create Seat Class screen defines a new seating tier, including how long a held seat stays reserved.

Before you start

• Access: Admin, Producer, Distributor.

How to create a seat class

1. Open Events → Seat Class → Create.
2. Enter the Seat Class Name.
3. Choose the Rule Type for how seats are held.
4. Set the Active Duration (seconds) the hold remains active.
5. Save the seat class.
