Create a Film

Add a new film through the film, cast and media setup wizard.

The Film SetUp wizard adds a new film across three steps: Film Information, Cast Information and Media.

Before you start

  • Add any missing Persons (cast/crew) beforehand, or add them during setup.
  • Access: Admin, Distributor, Producer.

How to create a film

  1. Open Films → Create.
  2. Step 1 — Film Information: fill in Film Title, Description, Genre, Film Format, Duration, Country, Budget and Distributor.
  3. Step 2 — Cast Information: add the cast and crew for the film.
  4. Step 3 — Media: upload the poster and other media assets.
  5. Save. Fields marked ** are required.

Key film fields

| Film Format | Format such as 2D/3D (required) |
| Duration | Runtime |
